Privacy notice

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This website is a static marketing site. It uses no advertising or social-media trackers. The only analytics we use is our own, self-hosted and privacy-friendly, and it runs only if you give your consent. We deliberately keep the amount of personal data involved to a minimum.

If you contact us using the walkthrough request form or by writing directly to hello@deepmigrate.ai, we process the information you choose to send so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is DeepMigrate. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights under the GDPR, contact us at the address below.

What data is processed, and why

For any website to be delivered, some data is unavoidable; beyond that, we process only the contact details and enquiry information you choose to send, plus analytics data if you consent:

  • Server access logs: when your browser requests a page, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser/user-agent string. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the site, and in detecting abuse.
  • Walkthrough request form: when you submit the form on this site, we receive the name, work email address, company name, message, language and page/source information you provide. This is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • Email you choose to send directly: if you contact us by email, anything you write is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics (Matomo)

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Matomo — an analytics tool we host ourselves, on our own infrastructure. Your analytics data is never shared with any third party and is never used for advertising.

Matomo runs only after you allow it using the consent banner. With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), it sets cookies and processes usage data such as your IP address, the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Until you consent, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button at the end of this page; withdrawing stops Matomo and clears its cookies.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies unless you allow analytics; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We use no advertising cookies, social-media pixels or fingerprinting. We store a single value in your browser’s local storage to remember your analytics choice — this is strictly necessary and is not used to track you.

Fonts are self-hosted

The fonts used on this site are served from our own server, not from a third-party font CDN. Loading the page therefore does not transmit your IP address to any font provider.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted by Netlify, which acts as a data processor on our behalf and may process server-log data (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Our walkthrough request form is also processed through Netlify Forms before being forwarded to us. Netlify operates a global content-delivery network, which can mean processing outside the EEA; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses) under Netlify’s data processing agreement.

How long data is kept

Server access logs are retained only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept only as long as needed to understand usage trends, and is deleted if you withdraw your consent. Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting commercial discussion, and to meet any legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@deepmigrate.ai.
